We use this handy online communications tool so that you and/or a Technical Service Representative (TSR) can access the knowledge base at any time.
Quick Response Time: When every minute counts, you can count on us. If you’re in a critical situation, we’ll respond in 20 minutes or less.
Accessibility: You can reach us by phone, e-mail, instant messaging, or texting, 24/7, 365 days of the year, and we never disappear.
Little Or No Downtime: We build business network systems to work properly, with no slowdowns or downtime. In the event of a meltdown, we’ll get working on a fix within 20 minutes, triage the situation, and get you back to full-speed as quickly as we can.
Follow-Up: We’d love to believe that we can fix every problem perfectly the first time around, but no one’s perfect, and neither is technology. That’s why we’ll follow-up after a new install, system upgrade, or service call to make sure everything’s working like it should.
Billing Practices: Full disclosure is the only way we know how to operate. Your first 15 minutes on any technical problems are free; from there, we’ll bill according to your contract agreement, and we clearly document all of our hours so that you can see where your money’s going.
Teamwork: Bring us on board, and we’ll be a full member of your team, whether you have an IT department or not. We work by the rules of “we,” not “us” and “you.”
